We add your job to the schedule when we have all the items and digitizing approved. From then we normally ship in 7 days or less.

Many times, we can deliver in less than 7 days, and we will do our best to accommodate. Our rush fees vary on the request (size of order and expected turn time). The minimum rush charge is $35 and will not exceed $100.00.

We charge $65 for up to 20K stitches.

$100 for up to 40K stitches. $150 for over 40K stitches.

We charge a $15 fee to run a sample and perform any minor edits to meet our quality standards.

If it needs adjustments we can quote you on it or let you know so that your digitizer can adjust.

Digitizing is the most critical piece to great embroidery. We have the most award-winning digitizing team in the country. We will make adjustments to your file to make sure it will sew well.

No. There is a wide variance of how a file sews based on stretchiness, color, density of fabrics.

The same file will sew out very differently and might be beautiful on one fabric and ugly on a similar one. We will make simple edits for no charge that include minor text size changes, density of fills, underlays.

We do these quickly in production without stopping production for new customer approval. We charge a min of $25 for significant changes. Any significant change will require stopping production for a customer approval.

We start all customers as “Pay by Credit card when shipping”. After there is good account history we can setup a “Net 30” terms and then we only charge to card if the payment is over 30 days.

Emerald City Decoration Is not responsible for damages up to 3 pieces or 3% of the order, whichever is greater. Any replacement costs will be added as credit to your account.

We are members of SanMar’s special PSST program. This includes: Free shipping from any SanMar warehouse with as little as 1 piece.

We work M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm PST. We stop production from 12pm to 1pm for lunch.

When you place your order, please let us know what you want us to do with any leftovers. We can ship them back with your order or ship them back to you separately on your shipper account. Two weeks after your order has shipped, we’ll dispose of any unclaimed patches.
